Minnesota CRS Chapter

Success breeds success. As a CRS you will be able to attend real estate education seminars sponsored by the Minnesota CRS Chapter. Your State Chapter activities will also provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and information with other Minnesota CRS members, both locally and state wide. The Emblem of the Specialist

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest designation awarded in the residential sales area. It demonstrates to your peers and the general public that you possess a higher level of experience and expertise in marketing property, providing service and completing the sale. Becoming a CRS gives you a competitive edge through continuing education and recognition as a career real estate professional.

• Obtain the prestigious CRS designation or be a candidate.
• Maintain REALTOR® and Residential Sales Council membership.
• Pay annual dues of $45 to MN CRS chapter.
